No room in the workplace for diversity nonsense

No one reads my blog, but even if they did, I would post this article without hesitation. It's a touchy subject in the world these days and seems like it has a stranglehold on every waking aspect of our lives. It's called diversity. Now, don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the basic concepts of diversity. But people take it to extremes and that is why it fails and has absolutely no place in our workplaces. Hear me out.... The basic premise of diversity is that we are all equal, regardless of what we believe, what the color of our skin is, what religion (if any) we profess and, more modernly, what we "identify" as or what lifestyle we choose. OK, good so far. Now, the problems start to creep in.
